Well the point of this is to encourage art creation and support this community of Photomanipulation artists... So with no more to say, here are the rules, read them carefully...
- If you want to participate, of course you must be a watcher (new watchers allowed, too) and comment this journal saying that you want to participate. Remember that you have to promote this contest if you want to participate (in a journal, for example)
- Once you have you are participating, prepare to create a Photomanipulation.
-The theme of the manipulation is FEELINGS (for example, happiness, sadness, etc). In your sumbission (the artist's description) you have to explain which feeling you're trying to portray.
-The limit to submit is the 7th of August. So from now on, you have a week.
-After the limit, no work is accepted.
-Works will be exp
